1. Open orders will be auto-canceled once you agree to Freeze Your Account.
2. Manage your Open Position and then Freeze your Trading account.
3. If there is any Open Position after Freezing your Trading account, It will be auto-squared off as per our RMS policy. Charges applicable.
4. Once the Trading account is frozen, you will not be able to access it in the App/Web/Desktop Trading platform.
5. You can unfreeze your Trading account by sending mail to [email protected] from your registered email Id.
6. It will take up to 15 minutes to Unfreeze your trading account.
7. The account will remain in freeze until you send a request to us.
8. Flattrade will not be responsible for any losses due to the voluntary Freezing of your trading account.
